This year, I wanted to be extra cozy and festive so I decided to put up my Christmas tree early and decorate it for fall! 🍂🍁 The holidays is my favorite time of year so I usually go all out with decorating our home – so excited that we get to make a fall tree part of our holiday tradition!
Here are some tips to get your tree looking extra autumnal!
- Bright + Warm Ornaments: I chose warm, vibrant colors to brighten up the tree. Think lots of warm gold, deep red and burnt orange.
- Pumpkins + Mushroom ornaments: To add extra charm to your tree, I wanted to find miniature pumpkins, mushrooms, pinecones and hedgehogs!
- Leaf Garland: Instead of tinsel, I wrapped my tree with a few garlands of autumn leaves. I love blending a mix of bright and rustic garlands.
- Lighting: Make sure to choose warm, golden lights to give off an autumn glow.
